ConnectWise PSA

ConnectWise PSA connection can show tickets from ConnectWise PSA as tags. It can also send tags back to ConnectWise PSA.

Setting up ConnectWise

To set up ConnectWise PSA, Administrator must first connect ManicTime cloud/server to ConnectWise.

On cloud for organizations or on ManicTime Server, an administrator sets up everything and you should see ConnectWise PSA connection listed in the My connections page.

On personal cloud subscription go to Administration -> Connections -> My connections, then go to the Add connection dropdown on the right side and select ConnectWise PSA. It will redirect you to configuration page, then you need to configure ConnectWise connection, which you can read more about here.

Tags from ConnectWise PSA will look like:

Charge Codes:

<any preceding tag you defined>, Charge Code #Charge Code Id

Service Tickets:

<any preceding tag you defined>, Company from ConnectWise Manage #Company Id, Service Ticket #Service Ticket Id

Project Tickets:

<any preceding tag you defined>, Project #Project Id, Phase, Project Ticket #Project Ticket Id

If you do not see ConnectWise PSA there, then you will need to ask your administrator to set it up.

Sync tag time entries back to ConnectWise PSA

If connection is configured to send time entries back to ConnectWise, they are synced automatically every 2 hours.

Forcing a sync

On personal cloud subscription you can force a sync by going to Administration -> Connections -> My connections.

On cloud for organizations or on ManicTime Server, an administrator can force a sync on Administration -> Connections -> Connection configuration.

Disconnect ConnectWise PSA connection

On personal cloud subscription go to Administration -> "My connections" and click Disconnect next to ConnectWise PSA.

On cloud for organizations or on ManicTime Server, only the administrator can delete a user connection.
