How is Portable (USB) version different?

With Portable (USB) version all files, application and data, are located in the same folder.

Portable (USB) version comes in a zip file. Extract all the files to some folder (for example Documents/ManicTime) and start ManicTime.exe. Database will be created in sub-folder Data.

Upgrading a Portable (USB) version

1. Download Portable (USB) .zip file
2. Right click on ManicTime icon in system tray, choose Exit
3. Go to folder where Portable (USB) version is installed
4. Keep only Data sub-folder, delete every other folder and file
5. Copy in the new files from .zip file
6. Run ManicTime.exe
